Summer Analyst (Class of 2018)

About our Program

Our Summer Analyst positions begin the first week of June. Summer Analysts will participate in a 10 week program where they are assigned to a specific department/area and work under the guidance of experienced professionals. The program is designed to provide insight on the professional skills and industry knowledge helpful for future success.

Participants in the program will contribute to a designated project which will provide the opportunity to work with colleagues at different levels and from different areas within the firm. Over the internship duration individual performance will be measured leading to direct offers for exceptional performers at the end of the summer.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

This program targets candidates with a high level of academic and leadership achievement, who are interested in working within a rapidly changing and demanding, but ultimately rewarding environment.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Knowledge of financial services industry

Strong Analytical and quantitative skills

Strong professional presence which includes self-confidence and maturity

Strong initiative—the willingness and ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial, team-based environment

Strong communication skills—both verbal & written

Demonstrated capability for analysis and strategic thinking

High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
